The goal of the "Utiha" association is to expand opportunities and independence for people with disabilities. Our motto is "Promoting personal abilities to increase quality of life." We use a method incorporating design, standardisation and promotion to establish measurable criteria for people with disabilities.
The scientific approach in this case includes checking and critically reviewing existing attitudes and subsequently implementing activities involving transparent and scalable criteria at all levels of relations with disabled persons.
The community pays to support people with disabilities in various forms, depending on specific criteria. It is important to make decisions about the quality and quantity of distribution using fair, measurable criteria. It is equally important to use transparent, measurable criteria for each individual disabled person. Doing so helps the disabled person accurately look at their own level of disability and other potential opportunities for self-care. As a result, the person can activate hitherto untapped opportunities.
In addition, we encourage people with disabilities, especially those with the most severe disabilities, to use information technology to help reintegrate themselves into the community.
Our activities are aimed at education and action, and we are directly or indirectly involved with associated government institutions, organizations for disabled persons and persons with disabilities, the members of the public sector and society as a whole.
Members of the "Utiha" association's Expert Council are preeminent university professors in the sciences who supported and participated in the formation of the association.
